The consolidated monthly honorarium for rendering services shall be ₹ 50,000/-pius ₹ 12000/- as conveyance charges. A sum of ₹ 5000/- per month shall also be payable for utilizing the services of a compounder. Further, the part time consultant shall not be eligible for any other benefit, monetary or otherwise from the bank.
Appointment Period: The appointment shall be for a period of 3 years which may be extended for another one year on the same terms & conditions, subject to satisfactory review of services. However, the services may be terminated by either party by giving one month notice.
Educational Qualification:  MD (Medicine) with a minimum of 10 years experience (Preference will be given to those who have served as a panel doctor in Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings and having Clinic in Delhi).

(OR) B.Sc. and MCA from a recognized University/ Institute. MCAs should have done a course in computer organization and Design/ Architecture.
(2) Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference. (OR) Graduate and MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing & Finance, should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, etc.
(3) As Head or Second in command of its digital and/or analytic vertical in a medium/big size organization, heading a group of professional of about 20 or more, for minimum 03 years, and the organization serving a large customer base. The candidate who has worked in web design/development and analytics for minimum 02 years each in these verticals will be preferred (OR) 07 years Experience of planning and executing digital/ analytics activities in the financial/insurance sector with a strong customer base and a well defined and implemented digital & analytics functions. (4) Must have handled technology solutions on digital products, statistical modeling, risk management and business analytics. Data Mining and Working knowledge of statistical tools viz:- SAS, R,SPSS/Python.
AGM (Economist) ->
(1) Post Graduation in Economics with monetary/ financial economics/ statistics/ econometrics as subjects, from an Indian/ Foreign University duly recognized by Govt. of India or other  regulatory bodies. Doctoral Degree in these subjects and/or relevant published work/research papers will be an added advantage.
(2) Minimum 10 years in a commercial bank/ Financial Institution/ Rating Agency/ Business Analytics Companies out of which at least 5 years should be in Senior Management Grade reporting directly to the Top Management. The experience  should be in Economic Advisory, Research, Economic analysis, Alignment of Business Model with the emerging economic scenario, Statistical analysis of performance, Planning, Budgeting of Business, Business Forecasting.
AGM (Company Secretary) ->
(1) Minimum Graduate Degree (AND) Membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India.
(2) At least 08 years post qualification experience in handling Regulatory and Compliance requirements of SEBI, NSE and BSE of an entity listed in NSE or BSE of which  at least 05 years should be as Company Secretary. (2) Must possess knowledge in respect of mandatory requirements of providing fire protection and prevention in high rise business buildings as per National Building Code and Bureau of Indian Standards and NFPA.
(3) Minimum of 03 years experience as Sub- Officer in State/ Central/ Defence Fire
Services (OR) Minimum of 05 years experience as Fire Officer/Fire Safety Officer in any of the High rise Building of Group E–Business Class as mentioned in National Building
